I had the same struggle and was completely fed up with buying bed after bed for my then 6 month old puppy. There was no way I was going to keep spending money on a new bed every month or so, and I felt too guilty leaving just a blanket for him to lay on in his crate. What Makes Them Chew Proof
K9 Ballistics makes a variety of dog beds ranging from crate pads to pillow beds, to orthopedic beds, to elevated beds. Their softer beds are made of heavy duty rip-stop fabric that is durable enough to withstand digging, scratching, daily wear-and-tear, and light chewing. These beds are great for dogs who aren't necessarily destructive in terms of chewing, but are still pretty rough on beds (i.e., they like to scratch and dig).
If you've got a super chewer on your hands, you'll want to go for their armored pet beds. I have three dogs. As I mentioned earlier, I bought my first armored crate pad back in 2019 when my Weimaraner, Niko, was a puppy. We tried out the laser engraving on one of our armored crate pads and it looks so good! You can add your dog's name, or anything you'd like. We, of course, had to put Bird Dog Gang on ours.
