Here's a recipe that is simple and relatively cheap to make considering how many treats you get out of it! It's only two ingredients (three if you count water), and bakes in no time.

The Recipe

Prep Time: 30 min

Cook Time: 15-20 min

Supplies

  • Oven
  • Cookie cutter or pizza slicer or knife
  • Rolling pin
  • Parchment paper
  • Baking sheet
  • Mixing bowl

Ingredients

  • 2 cups oat flour
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter - I like to use  Buddy Budder, they have so many fun flavors!
  • 1/3 cup water

Directions

1. Combine all ingredients into a bowl and mix.

2. Once everything is mixed evenly, take out the dough and shape into a ball.

3. Let the dough chill in the fridge for about 15 minutes.

4. Remove the dough from the fridge and roll it flat to about 3-4 mm thick (about the thickness of 1.5 to 2 slices of cheese).

5. Use your cookie cutter(s) to cut shapes out of the dough (or use a pizza slicer or knife to cut the dough into square-shaped treats). Line the baking sheet with parchment paper and place your cut treats onto the sheet.

6. Bake in the oven at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.

7. Let cool and enjoy! These can be stored in an air tight container for 10 to 14 days.
